The first floor offers a comfortable and inviting layout, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together. It features a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub, great for unwinding after a day of exploring. You'll find a separate dining room and a bright living room, offering plenty of space to gather, dine, or simply relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. With double-glazed windows throughout, the space remains peaceful and well-insulated. On one side, you can enjoy a charming view of the street, and on the other, a serene view of the garden, bringing in natural light and a sense of calm.

2nd Floor

The second floor is just as welcoming, with a thoughtful layout designed for both comfort and convenience. It includes two cozy bedrooms, perfect for families or small groups. The living room features a dining table for shared meals or working comfortably, and a TV with AndroidTV for easy access to your favorite shows and streaming platforms. The kitchen has been recently renovated and comes fully equipped, offering everything you need for cooking at home. Just like the first floor, all windows are double glazed, ensuring a quiet, well-insulated environment. With views of the street on one side and the garden on the other, the space is filled with natural light and charm.
